1. Reservation
To book your custom build, we take a €5,000 deposit. This confirms your place in the production queue and lets us plan your build.
2. Design & Contract
We go through the details — layout, materials, finish, delivery.
Everything is decided before we start building. Once the contract is signed, your order is locked in.
A 50% payment is required at production start. The rest is due before delivery.
3. Production
We build your order by hand in our local workshop. You’ll get updates along the way. Standard lead time is 6–10 weeks depending on materials and customization.
4. Delivery & Setup
When it’s ready, we deliver the product to your site (delivery not included). You or your builder prepare the foundation and electrical connection before delivery, we supply all the instructions and drawings. Once placed, it’s ready to use the same day.

The frame is Swedish C24 timber.
Exterior woods are treated to resist moisture, heat, and weather.
We offer a 2-year craftsmanship warranty.
